Cops: "Bachelor" Gal Fought Squad Car, Lost

The season six winner of "The Bachelor" continued her losing streak with law enforcement this weekend -- after cops say she unleashed a drunken, unprovoked attack on an innocent cop car.

Mary Delgado -- who was arrested last year for allegedly punching her fiance, "Bachelor" Byron Velvick -- was busted again on Saturday night for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas.

We're told the Cantina called the cops because Delgado refused to leave the bar, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted.

Cops told us Mary became "loud and belligerent" while being transported to jail, and kicked the radio inside the squad car (which didn't have the usual backseat perp cage).

Delgado was released from the Val Verde County Correctional Facility after Mr. Bachelor posted her bond. Punch me once, shame on me...

Paris BFF Corrie's Soft-Core Past

And you thought Corrie Loftin -- the resident vixen on Paris Hilton's "My New BFF" -- was a bad girl on "Girls Gone Wild." It gets much, much badder, believe us.

We've uncovered some snaps she did back in 2005 for Playboy. She went by Devin Lexen in this naughty naughty photo spread; we think Paris would approve.

From G's to Gents to Jail

Two losers from Jamie Foxx's MTV reality show "From G's to Gents" are putting their newfound 'ways of gentleman' to the test -- behind bars.
From G's to Gents
Shane Coyle was arrested yesterday in Lee County, Fla. for violating the terms of a probation issued in 2007 -- the year he was busted for drugs AND a robbery. Coyle was supposed to stay within a court-ordered maximum radius -- think dog on a chain -- but was picked up on an October 28 warrant for allegedly overstepping his boundaries.

Markice "Kesan" Moore -- the lesser of two evils -- was popped on November 3 in Cobb County, Ga. for an improper lane change and driving without a license.

Kesan was released on bond by the (get this!) "Bond James Bond Co." Cee will stay in the pokey until his November 24 date with a judge.

"Biggest Loser" Accused of Screwing Chubb-y

A guy who won $100K on "The Biggest Loser" is facing some heavy jail time for allegedly trying to bilk an insurance company out of $63,000.

Season one loser David Fioravanti just was indicted by a Massachusetts grand jury on seven counts of insurance fraud -- he allegedly tried to insure $63K worth of jewels that he already had reported as stolen a year before, reports the Boston Globe. And he tried to perpetrate this scheme not once, but twice, says the DA.

And get this -- one of the allegedly victimized insurance companies was named ... Chubb Insurance!!!

You can't make this stuff up, folks.

Where's the Beef? It's in the Alley

A "Top Chef" wannabeen just opened a fancy burger joint in D.C. One little problem -- the meat's been spotted outside the bun, and the kitchen, for that matter.

Good Stuff, the restaurant just opened by Spike Mendelsohn from season four of the Bravo cook-off, got cited by the D.C. Department of Health for keeping its meat in an alleyway instead of in a fridge. A picture on WTOP showed food sitting in an alleyway on a day when it was 90 degrees out.

We talked to a Good Stuff staffer this morning who told us there's no meat to the allegations -- he says the picture was taken right after a delivery, and it was quickly taken inside. So that's where the Angus comes from.

Memphis Takes "Big Brother" for a Ride

Memphis, the "Big Brother" contestant who won a 1969 Camaro the show didn't even own, has decided he doesn't want the car anyway.
Big Brother car
After setting up a test-drive to see if he wanted the classic car -- which "Big Bro" would've had to purchase from the rightful owner -- Memphis realized the gas-guzzler wasn't for him and chose to pocket an undisclosed amount of greenbacks instead.

Big Bro Walks Over Memphis

"Big Brother" is in a little doo doo this AM.

In the first episode of BB10, Memphis won a sweet 1969 Camaro in a car-pulling contest (don't ask). Small problem -- "Big Brother" couldn't give the car away because the show didn't own it. We're told someone else actually held the title. In fact, the car had already been returned to the owner almost immediately after the contest.

Memphis the Mixologist was none the wiser because no one told him about the snag while he was inside the house. But on Tuesday, Memphis gained his freedom, losing to Dan, and learned the car he had come to treasure wasn't really his. Another problem -- the car has been repainted since it was on the show.

We're told producers are now scrambling to buy the car from the real owner. Sources say the real owner will turn the keys over for $24,000. A '69 Camaro online sell for anywhere between 7 and as much as 80 grand. Fact is, Big Bro doesn't have a lot of bargaining power, so they are more SOL than HOH.

We made several calls to "Big Brother" -- so far, no comment.

MTV's Real World Deforestation Challenge

Contrary to the goals of the MTV's current Green Crusade, the most recent MTV "Real World/Road Rules" challenge -- which premiered last week -- seems to pit competing teams against each other in an effort to wreak the most havoc on Panamanian rainforests.

The devastation left behind once the shoot wrapped was described in a recent article from the Tree Climber's Coalition. They say MTV left the formerly pristine area riddled with trash, unstruck sets, and even discarded scripts for the so-called "reality" series.

Apparently when MTV execs see green, they're not looking at the environment.

Calls to MTV were not immediately returned.

Clubber: "Bad Girl" Popped Off, Broke My Face

The craziest, most violent and baddest "Bad Girl's Club" member of them all is under serious fire for doing what she does best -- poppin' off and puttin' some fool on his ass!
Tanisha Thomas: Click to view!
Tanisha Thomas is being sued by a guy who claims she bashed him in the face with a beer mug during an eye-bangin' smackdown at a Hollywood nightclub back in November. According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Kenneth Corrales claims he was just hangin' out when Thomas acted "in a manner not conducive to normal society" and caused a "deep laceration" to his forehead with a beer mug.

The entire brawl was caught on tape by the "Bad Girls Cub" camera crew, promoted, and featured in an episode -- in which a medic can be seen pressing a bandage against the guy's forehead. After the fight, Thomas was arrested, booked and locked up for a few days.

Corrales is suing Thomas and Bunim-Murray, the company that produces the show, for an unspecified amount of cash. Calls to their reps have not yet been returned.

"Top Chef" Villain Cooked for DUI

Knives out: The most-hated bad boy in the history of reality cooking shows just spent some time in the cooler for allegedly consuming a little too much of the good stuff.

Marcel Vigneron -- the runner-up in "Top Chef" season two -- was pinched early Saturday morning on suspicion of DUI off the PCH in Laguna Beach. Marcel was initially stopped for speeding, but after showing signs of intoxication he was given a blood test and was taken into custody. Bail was set at $2,500.

Man loves his craft: Even after spending a night in the slammer, he went straight to a cooking demo in O.C. No, the popo didn't Ginsu his license -- he still can drive despite the DUI.

"Biggest Loser" Winner -- Giant Pain in the Neck

With a name like Matt Hoover, you'd expect that the "Biggest Loser" champ would suck at personal training. Well, if you believe a new neck-breaking lawsuit, he's an even bigger loser than you thought.
Read the docs
Clarissa Sanford claims she hired Hoover in 2006 to tone her ass up at Vision Quest Sports and Fitness in King County, Washington. She says Hoover not only was late and careless, but also, instead of spotting her, he walked away while she was bench pressing 40 pounds of weight. Sandford says by the time he returned the weight crashed down on her neck.

As a result, Sanford says she suffered "serious neck injuries which ultimately required a five-level fusion surgery from the C3 through C7 levels of her cervical spine."

She's suing Hoover and VQS for unspecified damages.

Hoover and club couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
