64. Woah! That's harsh, PETA sure does know how to grab the public's attention. But they do seem to go a little far sometimes. What do we expect next, people demonstrating drug habits publicly, how about a demonstration on how NOT to take too many prescribed meds. As far as the pregnant girl, great job. Takes a lot of courage to be out there in her condition, pregnant and topless. PETA should have considered Ellen Page to do the demo. She received praise for doing JUNO. Why not use that for this public obscenity. It would have been a bittersweet moment in celebrity history. But I guess it was just to much of a conflict of interest.

69. Alex, sounds like you are the one that needs to get a clue. Do you know what research actually is? I work in research. these animals are treated better than most people treat their pets. Research is closey governed by many many laws toensure animal safety and wellness. these facilities are inspected regularly. Anone working with research animals has to go thru extensive training and have to practice best animal care. Did you know that almost everything we have, toothpaste, soap, the dye in your clothes, all medications, vaccinatinos for people and animals has all once been tested in animals? just to name a few. if a product says, not animal testedc, just means someone else did it for them or the ingredients already were. companies do practice animal alternatives whenever possible and try to use as few as possible. I'm sure Mcdonalds and any restaraunt goes thru millions more animals than in research.

I doubt she'd be allowed to get down on all fours totally nude because the gawking pervs would outnumber anyone who cared about her "message". In fact, she probably gave more pubescent boys a wet dream than caused anyone to change their view on pork. PETA are the Howard Stern shock-jocks of animal activism. Like how they cried and made snide remarks about Ratatoulli because Sharon Stone was wearing a "rat's paw". PETA couldn't tell the difference between a grouse claw and a rat's paw, which look NOTHING alike. That's just another example of how these people care more about causing a fuss than any animals.
