If you just missed Paula Abdul's Super Bowl pre-show performance, where she ~~mouths~~ sings "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow," rest easy, TMZ has got your back.

The sugary pop presentation was pretty much a predictable mess -- including a Britney circa 1999 routine, cheesy background dancers and absolutely no actual singing. The best part wasn't even Paula -- it was spotting Randy Jackson in the background -- playing bass! Hello, Tito!

Where in the hell was Simon during this pre-taped madness?!

64. I thought it was great! And just so ya know, tmz.com, Randy was playin the BASS, not the guitar. Of course it was pre-recorded....big deal! I thought it was an awesome performance after being off stage for 13 years! Rock on Paula!

69. ~I just wanted to say that what Paula couldn't do Jordan Sparks did! She just finished singing the national anthem and it was ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!! Her voice was so good, she sent chills through my body and brought tears to my eyes!~

71. SHE JUDGES A SINGING COMPETITION AND HAS THE AUDACITY TO LIP SYNC!!!! WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE!

Not only does she lip synch but her vocals are completely enhanced. She will never be able to sing this song live. So, okay she's a complete sham but for goodness sake, at least she could have lip synched the thing live! That whole thing was taped a week ago. This is someone who tells kids with no experience that they can't sing when they just got up and performed live in front of 30 million people but Paula is such a gutless wonder that she couldn't even do that little bit of fluff live. All she did was walk back and forth across the stage lip synching. She didn't do any choreographed moves with the dancers. How low are we going to go America, that we would accept this as entertainment?
