Lee Grivas, the 26-year-old boyfriend of Christina Applegate, was found dead in his apartment.
His body was discovered on July 1 by a neighbor who found him in the living room of his Hollywood apartment. Grivas was pronounced dead at 5:25 PM.
Although the autopsy has not been completed, we're told there were no visible signs of trauma.
Applegate and Grivas dated on and off for years after the pair met through a dancer in her Broadway show "Sweet Charity."

Ashley Dupré -- aka Gov. Spitzer's fav girl -- has finally come to her senses.
The former call girl has dropped her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild main man Joe Francis. She filed the suit back in April, claiming GGW used her name and likeness for profit. Dupre had claimed she was tricked into giving her consent for a GGW video -- but Joe long-claimed he had video evidence to the contrary.
Her lawyer issued a statement, that said in part, "Ms. Dupré wants to eliminate all negativity from her life and focus on the positive. She has prospects for many exciting new projects and is looking forward to starting a new chapter."
Presumably one that doesn't involve selling herself.
UPDATE: Joe tells TMZ, "The filing of the lawsuit was a serious lapse of judgment on her part. I never did understand how I could possibly damage the reputation of a hooker ... This isn't the first time I've faced false allegations against me. But the truth invariably comes out, as I knew it would in this case. I am happy to, once again, be completely vindicated."

Dr. Jan "Jailbird" Adams has flown the coop! He was released from Solano County Jail on Tuesday after posting $10,000 bail.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for July 7. We are told Dr.-just-not-right-now Adams will be present in court -- if he doesn't get arrested again before that!

Oh no he didn't!! Christie Brinkley's ex Peter Cook just said that Shrek "was more believable" than his soon-to-be ex's tearful testimony. The nerve!
During a lunch break, the cheater's, er, Cook's lawyer told PEOPLE "I think her performance was a performance," adding, "She's a good actress. It's been two years. She should be past this by now." Let's look back -- she was in "Vacation" and said, like, seven words. She's a model, you douche, not an actress!

The girl next door is rideless! Kendra Wilkinson was playin' on the links at a West L.A. golf course last Friday, when someone stole her pimped-out Escalade!
Kendra's wheels were eventually found a few days later in South Central L.A., but we're hearing when she went to a recovery yard to retrieve it, her custom rims and sound system were gone. Jack move!
Our spies tell us that the Playboy cover girl then decided to ditch that rimless SUV -- that had been featured in DUB magazine -- with the cops, opting to just buy a brand new whip. Thanks, Hef!

A roadie for the Gin Blossoms got the opportunity of lifetime at Summerfest this week -- when bassist Bill Leen passed out cold during the last song of their set.
We're told the band finished the song with their new bassist while Bill just laid there -- and then roadie came back out for the encore performance of "Follow You Down."

Here's a story, of a former Brady, who had to throw up while on local radio ...
Susan Olsen showed up to the Darren and Coba radio show in Jet 107.9 Colorado with a killer hangover -- and was only able to stick around for about two minutes before she had go blow chunks.
The kicker -- Susan's 12-year-old son was there, and told the audience to "watch her drink like a pig" tonight at a local bar. Somebody call Alice!

Thomas Beatie -- the 34-year-old former woman turned transgendered pregnant man who went on Oprah -- has given birth to a biological girl.
We're hearing the whole thing was totally cloak and dagger. He checked into the hospital in Bend, Ore. under a fake name after going into labor early Monday morning and his room was sealed off, away from other expectant moms. The baby was delivered by C-section later that day.

Gym Class Hero frontman Travis McCoy was arrested at Tuesday's Warped Tour show in Missouri -- and now cops want to talk to him again.
Cops popped McCoy for third-degree assault after he allegedly roughed up a fan who called him "f**king ignorant n****r." He was released Wednesday morning on $500 bail, but now, after investigating, cops want to talk to him again.
The band released a statement Wednesday calling the incident "unfortunate" adding McCoy and the band are "anything but violent."
